Early Check-in was possible without problem. Spacious house and very quiet. Everything was clean. A/C works well. Nice courtyard with pool. Very friendly staff, it was even possible to get a very late "breakfast" at 1pm. 😄 We enjoyed our stay here.

Although they did not speak much English, the ladies who run this hotel were very cheery and helpful. Good aircon and wi-fi. Well located, a pleasant walk from the registan and very close to a range of restaurants and shops.

The location is wonderful, being handy for a range of restaurants and sights plus being very close to the tree lined university avenue that leads to the sights. The pool was a lovely and welcome addition on a hot day as was the day bed to relax on.
